How long will it take for my order to ship?

  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you choose to upgrade to expedited shipping, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

  • The shipping times at checkout are estimates provided by the carriers, and not guaranteed.

  • All orders are fulfilled and shipped out of our TYSM warehouse, located in southern California; Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm PST

  • We encourage you to choose the best option for your delivery needs. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that circumstances deem necessary. Although this rarely happens, we’d be sure to contact you.

​**Due to COVID-19 and the overflow of volume with our carriers, shipping delays can happen; unfortunately, it is out of our hands. We’re all just trying our best.

Will I receive shipping/delivery updates?

  • Yes! We’ll be sure to keep you informed along the way and send you an email upon arrival.

Is shipping an additional charge?

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders can be upgraded to expedited shipping for an additional charge. Our free shipping code cannot be combined with any other offers.

I selected expedited shipping and my package was delayed in transit, can I get a refund on shipping?

  • We are very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, if a delay happened on the carriers part, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, it is out of our control. We cannot offer refunds for shipping costs due to delays.

My order says it was delivered, but myself or the recipient never received it. What can I do?

  • If a box is delivered according to your tracking but you or the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything in our power to locate it by calling the carrier and gathering all of the information that we can. Unfortunately, this is a very rare situation that is out of our control. A missing package could be attributed to a number of things, including getting lost in transit or stolen. It happens, and it sucks. We recommend filing a carrier claim; and we'd be happy to do the same on our end.

Do you ship internationally?

  • At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

How do I send gift boxes to multiple addresses?

  • Each address will need to be a separate order. Unless you're looking to send the SAME box to multiple addresses, you may qualify for custom service rates, contact us and we'll help on our end!

I’m sending as a gift, will the shipping box include a receipt/pricing?

  • We understand that most gift boxes are being shipped directly to the recipient as a gift; so we do not include receipts on gift box orders. We are assuming any Marketplace products being purchased are for yourself. All Marketplace items ship in standard ecom packaging and include a receipt/packing slip.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.

Can I return a gift box or Marketplace item?

  • While we do not accept returns, we are committed to making sure that you and your recipient are 100% happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away and we'll find a way to make it right.

How often are new box designs released?

  • We are constantly designing and expanding our gifting options; whether it’s an everyday offering or limited seasonal addition.

  • Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to receive info about upcoming promos and new products.

Do you offer custom gift box designs?

  • Yes, we do! We’re here to help make your gifting easy. Whether your shopping for clients and business partners, employees, party guests, family, or friends we’re ready to create. We’d love to work with you in bringing your gifting vision to life. We can ship your gifts right to you all in one order, or directly to your recipients. Ordering minimums apply, please contact us.

Can you accommodate a recipient with allergies?

  • If you are interested in purchasing one of our gift box designs but are worried about food allergies or fragrance sensitivities, please contact us.
